  • How many different apartment and villa types are there?
    Our collection of properties goes from studio up to seven bedrooms villa in all areas of Dubai.
  • What facilities will I find in my apartment?
    ● Free WiFi, parking, access to building pool & gym, bathroom amenities, concierge services, safe box are part of every Dream home
    ● Kitchen: crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils, oven, dishwasher, fridge, coffee machine (capsules on demand);
    ● Laundry room: Washing machine, dryer, iron and iron board;
    ● Bedroom & Bathroom: luxurious bedding, fluffy towels, amenities, hairdryer, adaptors, tissues and water upon arrival.

  • What is the difference between a serviced hotel apartment and holiday home apartment?
    Holiday Homes rentals are located in residential building and communities.

    It gives you a unique opportunity to experience the Dubai way of life as a resident, with unparalleled freedom and independency. There is no reception desk as such, no valet service, no in room dining, as the flats or villas are part of a residential complex.

    At Dream Inn, your personalized Guest Experience Maker is however present to check you in and to facilitate your check out. He is available at any time throughout your stay.

    As a Dream Inn guest, you are also given the choice to customize your stay with our inimitable A la Carte services, which goes from daily inhouse cleaning to airport pick up and grocery shopping.

  • Can I book directly with Dream Inn?
    Yes. You can filter our homes by area and check the availability and price for your exact dates here.
    When you are ready to book, simply make your reservation online and it is instantly confirmed. If you have specific needs or want some help choosing a neighborhood, our reservations team is a phone call away on +971 (0) 4 458 6860. We are available to assist 24/7.
  • Can I book last minute?
    Yes. For last-minute bookings, please call us directly +971 (0) 4 458 6860 or WhatsApp +971 52 443 3639.
  • Is there a minimum length of stay?
    No. You can book from one night and above, we offer daily and monthly rates for individual guests as well as corporate partners. However, there is a discount scheme for extended stays.

    Some restrictions apply during festive periods such as New Year.
  • When will I be charged?
    At the moment of your booking, your credit card will be charged for the entire stay, including taxes and any extra services selected.
  • Are there any additional charges?
    No, all our prices displayed on the website upon reservation are final.

    The total price is always computed on the nightly rate, on which are added the following taxes: 12% services charge + 5% VAT + tourism dirham fee (AED 10 per bedroom per night).

    Besides multiple optional services are available to make your stay comfortable such as: cleaning services, airport transfer, excursions, laundry, groceries delivery. Those services are charged separately.
  • Do you hold a security deposit?
    Yes. A damage deposit will be collected upon check in by your Guest Experience maker. The amount depends on the property capacity and will be specified on your booking confirmation.

    It can be collected by credit card or cash.

    The deposit will be refunded in full at check out, subject to abidance with property use rules and an inspection of the property.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    Full refund if you cancel your booking at least 30 days before your check-in date. Past this date, you will not be refunded any of the payment If you change or cancel your booking. Any change in the length or dates of your reservation, if possible and depending on availability, may result in a rate change.
  • Are you able to assist with visa?
    Yes. As soon as your booking is confirmed, our Reservations team will be glad to assist you in obtaining your visa (prices available upon request, fees depend on nationality).
Your arrival and departure
  • What is the pre-check-in procedure?
    We want to make your arrival experience as seamless as possible.

    Depending on the community where your Dream Inn is located, we may have to collect a picture of a passport or Emirates ID to prepare your gate pass in advance and avoid waiting time upon arrival.
  • Will someone be there to meet me and show me around on arrival?
    Yes. Your Guest Experience Maker will be waiting for you at the property location You will receive his contact the day prior to your check in, and he will contact you to facilitate your check in arrangements.
  • What are the check-in and check-out times? Are they flexible?
    ● Check-in time varies from one property to another, from 3.00 to 4.00 pm.

    ● Check out time varies from 12 to 1.00 pm maximum.

    ● Early check in or late check out possibilities are based on occupancy, and can be secured by booking one additional night at a preferred rate.
  • Are the spaces child-friendly? Do you provide with baby-cots? What about high chairs?
    We love families and all our spaces are kids friendly.

    If you have any child-specific questions about your property, our reservations and GEMs team will provide you with all the specifications.

    We do provide up to two baby cots per property free of charge.

    High-chairs, blenders, baby bathtubs may be availed upon request, based on availability.
  • Are pets allowed?
    Most of our properties are pet friendly.

    A pet fee applies based on the size of the property, for deep cleaning after the check-out.
  • What do I do if I have an emergency or problem on arrival or during my stay?
    In case any concern arises prior your arrival or before check in, you can reach us on +971 (0) 4 458 6860.

    Upon check in, you’ll meet your Guests Experience Maker, who will be your preferred point of contact.

    All emergency contact details will be available inside your apartment, we recommend that you also save a copy in your mobile and in your wallet.
  • How to proceed if I forget anything in the apartment? (lost & found):
    Please let us know what you forgot and in case it is in our property we will return it to you. Kindly contact us at reservations@dreaminndubai.com or +971(0)44586860.
Your stay
  • What are the house rules?
    All our properties are non-smoking. Smoking is permitted on balconies and terraces.

    Holiday homes are subject to a strict no party policy. Dubai authorities are reinforcing a no noise policy from 10.30 pm until 7.00 am.
  • Is cleaning included?
    Cleaning services are not included in the room rate.

    You can choose to pre-book this service during your reservation process, or else your GEM will be glad to arrange with you during your stay and detail our housekeeping offer!
  • Are extra beds available?
    Yes. Extra beds are available at AED 158 per extra bed per night including taxes.
  • Is the kitchen functional if I want to cook?
    We provide essential cooking utensils, pots and pans, as well as oil, salt and pepper. Most of the buildings have a convenience grocery shop downstairs.
  • Do you provide with bathroom amenities or do I need to bring my own shampoo and body wash?
    Based on your rate features, luxurious amenities are customized.

    By default, all rates include one bar soap per bathroom.
  • What happens if I lose the keys?
    You need to inform your GEM as soon as possible.

    We will send our maintenance team and provide with new set of keys. This will be chargeable.
