Terms and Conditions


(a) The Company – Dream Inn Holiday Homes Rental LLC, a holiday homes rental operator based in Dubai registered under DTCM license 745370 is engaged in the activity of short term rental of private residential units.

(b) The Property – the property mentioned in the Booking Confirmation, managed by the Company.

(c) The Client – any individual or organization booking a Property from the Company

Our Rates

Daily Rate

Daily Rate is the best available rate offered by Dream Inn on its website. It is the average of the daily rates for the number of nights requested. Daily rates do not include Taxes and Service Charge.

Service Charge

A Service Charge of 12% shall apply to all sale of services and to the Daily Rate.



5% Value Added Tax applicable in the UAE on Daily Rate and Service Charge.

Tourism Tax

Tourism Dirham Fee of 10 aed per bedroom per night as per Executive Council Resolution No. (2) of 2014 approving the Tourism Dirham Fee in the Emirate of Dubai.

Cancellation Policy

Full refund if the Client cancels the booking at least 30 days before the check-in date.

Past this date, there will be no refund if the booking is modified or cancelled.

Any change in the length or dates of the booking, if possible and depending on availability, may result in a rate change.

Damage Deposit

Damage deposit required upon arrival and collected at the property.

Properties FF&E (Furniture, Fixture & Equipment) are handed over in proper working condition.

The Company shall charge a full amount of the repair / replacement of any item in case of damage or loss of any FF&E and the deposit amount shall be withheld accordingly.

Should the amount of the repair / replacement exceed the deposit amount, the Company shall charge additional amount to cover any and all expenses as deemed necessary.

The amount of the deposit shall be refunded in full to the guest after carrying an inventory check list of the Property by the Company representative.

Additional penalties which will be applied due to violations of the terms and conditions of the stay:

Loud Music / Parties / unappropriated noise level

Parties are strictly not allowed. Any violation penalty issued by The Community will be charged accordingly.

Smoking inside the Property: Full amount of deposit will be collected

Illegal Activities: Full amount of deposit will be collected, guest reported to police and property evacuated

Improper garbage disposal: Full amount of deposit will be collected


The payment will be made in AED, the local currency of DREAM INN. Exchange rates and fees may vary depending on the card issuer.

Cancellation by the Company

If for any reason the Company cancels the booking, it will refund the Client in full. The Company shall not be liable for any other compensation to the Client.

General provisions

The Company is allowed to ask the Client to leave the Property without any refund if the Client does not respect these Terms & Conditions or the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

The Company has the full right to report any illegal activities to the police or any other governing authorities in Dubai as deemed necessary by the law.

The Community Management reserves the right to evacuate the property should there is any established breach in adhering to the community rules and regulations.

Guests visitors must log in at the Concierge desk of the building.

Waste is to be disposed in sealed plastic bags and thrown inside the garbage chute available on the apartment floor. It cannot be kept in corridors nor on the garbage room floor.

Parking violation, hanging things in the balcony as well as undisciplined behaviour in public places in The Community (Gym & Pool) won’t be tolerated.

Minors under the age of 18 shall not make a booking or stay in the Company’s properties without an adult.

Check in and check out time

Unless otherwise agreed, the standard check in time is at 3pm and check out by 12pm.

Loss and theft

The Company shall be not held responsible and the Client holds harmless the Company in the event that personal belongings of the Client are stolen, lost or forgotten in the Property.


The Company can accept no responsibility whatsoever for any injury to the Client or any loss of or damage to any of his/her belongings while in or near the Property, and the Client will be expected to have arranged appropriate insurance cover to include such eventualities.

Legal disputes

All matters relating to the Website and these Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising therefrom or related thereto (in each case, including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws in force in the Emirate of Dubai, United Arab Emirates without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule (whether of the United Arab Emirates or any other jurisdiction).

Acceptance of these Terms & Conditions

A booking confirmed shall imply acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
